Intrnet didn't work properly in my room, I had to go to the corridor to use the Internet
No reception (at lest on the weekend)
Good location~10-15 mins from the Old Town square, 5 mins away from the metro and the supermarket
Some free food at the kitchen
Based in a very old building in Charles square. walking distance from most of prague's main tourist destinations. There is no restaurant in this hostel, it is just bedrooms with a small communal kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. Our beds were comfortable but the bed clothes and pillows smelled very stale and musky. There is a cafe downstairs that is only open during the week. No receptionist on duty. You contact a guy to let him know what time you are checking in and he meets you at the property, there is a charge for late check in. He accepts both euros and czech money. There is no communal area.
Wifi was terrible. There's no staff present except when someone has to move in/ out.
The guy managing the place expects people to give him a call when they reach. International calls are not the most convenient things to be made at all times. It's a closed building, so basically there's no other way to contact anyone. There's no sign outside as well. Check- in and check out was a pain. And this is when I had akreaDy informed about timings in advance.
The location is very good. It's at a walking distance to many cafes and attractions. The value for money is good.
nice airy big windows, soft bed, kitchen tocook, big bed, nice location, near public transportation, like an apartment, like an apartment, free wifi, the apartment has its own cafe, the host helped us and was kind. rooms are not super small:--)
we came with very low expectations having read the bad reviews but it is not bad at all. enjoy your stay!
Nice place with nice prices in Prague!!! The owner or maybe the administrator(I am not so sure about him but he helps us to check in and check out), he is very very nice! He waits for us to check in until the 10 in the evening and tells us how to use the keys. also, he offers a nice Prague map to us! He is very nice and you can call him or text him to ask for help. The rooms and the bath rooms toilet are clean! Near the hostel, there are several small supermarkets, easy to get things and the transportation is also convenient too. Love this hostel.
